Uhhhh... I don't know how to break this to you, but I think you just posted on TSR! Welcome! You haven't really included much information aside from what's in the title so I've though up 3 different scenarios to explain why you can't post on TSR
1. You can create threads on TSR but cannot reply to a thread. In this case, you should PM one of the TSR moderators or see if anyone else has this same issue. How many times have you tried posting?
2. You are socially anxious and fear posting a reply on TSR and prefer to be a passive observer. In this case, I would say not to be afraid and to try to participate
3. You are a troll. In this case, haha! You are so very funny...
