Wants to take Alevel science but achieved C grade in double scinece watch

    • Thread Starter

I just recently finished my GCSEs and wants to desperately take on A-level Biology and Chemistry but I didn't achieve the required B grades in double science. I have tried on a number of occasions to explain that I am in fact just few marks of an overall B in both science awards but my sixthform school refuses to even acknowledge. What other options are left for me to do that doesn't include not doing science at all?!

if you achieve a c at a subject you wish to pursue at a-level I'd strongly suggest not to anyway to be honest. Save yourself, if you're struggling at GCSE i think a levels will be a mountain to climb.

I'm in the same situation. I got an A in core but only a C in additional, and I needed BB. The only other option at my college is medical science where you only need a CC. However this is a BTEC.
