Only got a B in gcse maths which I'm extremely disheartened with but I panicked in the exam, was predicted an a* (and left loads of questions out). Anyway I was taking maths but I've dropped it due to this. I got a's and a*s in all my other subjects and two Bs in health (which may be getting a remark due to the low grade.) Anyway I'd like to study dentistry or pharmaceuticals I've currently taken Chem, bio and french and unsure on the last one? Not sure whether to take eng lit, history, psychology or philosohy and ethics? Not wanting to take physics as I'd prefer to get as in them all and carry 4 a levels on than drop any? Would this still be ok? Would I still be able to carry on these career paths with these grades and options and what should I take?

I want to do Medicine and so for AS I took Bio,Chem,Physics and English Literature.

I love English lit and feel like it not only provided me respite from these hard core science subjects but taught me research and essay skills which you'll need for Uni anyways. History could do the same but I'm not sure if some med schools accept ethics and philosophy- you'd have to check up tho

    GOOD LUCK
