    iirc you need to know about amplitude modulation for A level https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amplitude_modulation and be able to sketch a signal wave form and the associated AM modulated carrier - top two diagrams in fig.1 on that page.

    might be different on your spec though.

    I don't really understand your question- are you asking how radio waves are formed/how they are actually used in comms? How they can send a signal?
