 Well done, keep it up (or down, as it will).

Congrats! It's a great feeling. And usually, when I lose those first few lbs I am motivated to keep going.

Congratulations!

well done  thats brilliant, losing weight is one of the most difficult things

Well done. Keep the good work going. Don't get disheartened if the weight starts to come off more slowly, though, it means you're more likely to stay at your target weight rather than gain again.

Oh, and measure yourself too, sometimes you'll lose inches rather than pounds.

Ooooh.. how did you do it??

(And how long did it take you??)

Well done  I bet you feel really good about yourself, and hopefully that will keep you motivated to keep going!

two or three weeks.

the strategy: don't eat when i'm bored as something to do and no binge eating.

instead of having a snack, i have a coffee.

it's about lifestyle change. i'll only have a couple instead of 5 or 6 pints.

if i just starved myself from stuff for weeks to achieve my goal then i would just put it all back on when i reached it.

I do that :p: Plus not working next to the kitchen

Keep up the brilliant work  Don't get too despondent though if the weight loss slows down, i dropped 7lbs in a week because i started having soup at lunch which was quite a harsh change to what i was normally doing and following that week things slowed riiight down lol, just seems to happen when weight loss first starts. Its a great feeling when you push past the 'next stone' barrier, have fun on the other side of 16 stone! x
