    so the past 5 years of my life i've had average/high grades a/b/c and then i went to get my gcse subjects and saw i only got 1b 3c's and the rest d's, i passed english and maths but i'm really worried, my school has a joint sixthform and i only applied there and no where else, a few teachers on results day said i'll be accepted but i'm scared, my anxiety hurting im having sleepless nights help!

    Although my grades were not the same as yours, I had a similar problem with anxiety and worrying about the things.

    Firstly, you should have priority over external students as you are already a student of that school.
    Secondly, if you are that worried talk to your parents/guardians about your concerns, or drop an email to a member of staff responsible for the sixth form.

    As for your anxiety problems it is best to take deep breaths, relax, maybe listen to calming music. Enjoy the rest of what is left of your summer. Consult your local GP or your parents/guardians, talking can help.
    Another resolution is exercise, it is a great stress reducer.
