    ENG02 - Speaking And Listening - Grade 4
    ENG1H - Unit 1 Tier H - 84 E
    ENL03 - Unit 3 - 77 C
To go to do my A Levels/As Levels and BTEC Diploma I need a C in English Language but I got a D. What will happen? Am I able to do my courses still?

It will entirely depend on the policy of the college you are hoping to attend. They may allow you to start on the courses and resit in the summer, but they may not. Only they can tell you this.
