Hi, I'm going to be taking the IMAT next month, I've got a few questions that I'd like some answers to if you wouldn't mind:

1) So there's 4 sections, and in total 60 questions. Is there any sort of rough guide however to the timing of each section. I.e. Is it like the UKCAT where each section is allocated its own time period or is the test free-flowing, and if so are there any sections that I should hurry to make time for others?

2) Other than my personal documents and a pen, what should I bring to the exam? I understand that it's no calculator, but should I bring a notepad for my working or will that be provided.

3) I've heard of a few courses, both online and in Italy. Does anyone know if these are worthwhile?

Many thanks.

You have 100 minutes for all 60 questions, it's not divided into timed sections.

Just a pen and ID documents. At the end of each exam paper you will have a few blank pages in which you will do your calculations if necessary.

That's all I can help you with...
