Skin Problem

Hey Guys!

Over the past few months i have had patches of skin on my legs, back and left arm which are dry and flakey, and occasionally itch. They aren't large patches, only small 'specks' if you like. My mum has the exact same thing too (only on her legs). We thought it was a shampoo we were using, but have changed them several times and this has had no effect. Then we thought it was the washing powder, but again, we have been using the same washing powder for years, before this problem occured, so we don't think its that either. I've always suffered from Eczema since I was very young and wondered if it was related. I did however try using a steroid cream i had from a previous 'outbreak' of eczema (which was the worst i ever had) and it didn't do anything!!

Does anyone know what this could be?
