Please read: MATHS PAST PAPERS

As there are ten past paper requests appearing per day, for the sake of tidiness I thought I'd attempt to condense them all into one thread.

Past papers can currently be found on the TSR Wiki. There are also links to external websites containing a lot of past papers, some with solutions. As past papers (for various reasons) cannot be posted on the forum, if the past paper you are looking for is not on the Wiki that does not necessarily mean it doesn't exist, just that it hasn't made it onto the Wiki yet. Therefore, if you have any past paper requests, please make them here; similarly, if you have any past papers that we don't have, please let us know in this thread with a link to the papers, and we'll do our best to make them available on the Wiki as soon as possible. Hopefully this will keep the forums tidy and easier to use for everyone.

Other useful links to try:

Please note that these links have nothing to do with me. If information is wrong or a link is outdated feel free to notify me by PM or in this thread, but by clicking these links you accept that I cannot be held responsible for the contents. They are provided purely for convenience and I have not personally checked them.

(Admin/mods: please note that the above links are just compiled information from within the thread for convenience. If any of these links need to be removed then feel free to do so but they will also be elsewhere in this thread.)

Thank you.

could anyone pm this? i know its a long shot, so it's fine if no one can!

I dont think anyone here has it, and even if they did each unit has its own CD i doubt it would be possible to simply PM it to you. Its only £10 per unit though try convince your school teacher to buy it and then just steal it off them  .

I don't suppose anyone could explain the first question part b) to me could they? I understand why it is f(20) - f(10) but why is it half that value?

yeah? where did the half come from?
Dunno. The question was probably ∑1/(4r2 - 1) or something and it's a provisional markscheme or q. paper.

It's a shame though that none of the links actually work on the TSR wiki, well not on my computer anyhow.

Possibly true. That might be something we have to look at. I think James is "in charge" of that bit of the Wiki - I've also noticed a lot of past paper website links have been taken off, including *******.

Edit: ooh, it's even censored.
hehe, I think you need to s p a c e if you want to write matthewbriggs or ******* :p:
nota bene

Matthewbriggs I didn't know about. I think you got the one I was talking about though. :p: Why, though? ******* is the best past paper site out there.
it doesn't have all though:wink:
Seriously even I have A-level papers on my HD that not those sites have (a few)... When it comes to IB papers I'm more well equipped^^.

I have a feeling that there was some discussion here about copyright and I think pig got some pissy lawyers contacting him, so he removed some links off the Wiki, although I really can't see why it would be illegal to link to 3rd party sites... Then google and all search engines would be sued to death:tongue:
