AS Level decisions!!

Hi there,

I'm sure if you start attending school more you can achieve better grades so hopefully next year you can do well.
Usually doing badly in AS gives a massive wake up call to most students about the reality of difficulty of A-Level so don't entirely dismiss this.

I searched your course online and found it as an ABB requirement to enter in. The D grade shouldn't effect it and you'd be better off spending that time revising for your current A2 exams as they will be the most sort after educational requirement,-- AS and GCSEs come second. To be able to get an ABB it is almost a foregone conclusion that you will need to do retakes. Almost everyone gets lower in A2 than AS as it is considerably more difficult so I would recommend doing so.

To answer your fear on whether it will affect your chances the answer is quite simply no. It is overwhelmingly common for people to resit modules so don't feel anxious about the university checking up on modules.

Best of luck
