Is this an STD?

For the last few days I had a spot on my privates (i'm a girl) and the spot was itchy and burned quiet a lot when I went to pass urine. Then I got about 4 more spots around the area. They are flesh coloured or whitish and sometimes itch and also burn when I go to pass urine. The gum clinic around here is closed and not open til monday. is there anything i can use to make it better?

it sounds like an STD.. i dunno what you can use to put on it until u go to the GUM clinic... i think u should book an doctors appointment ASAP... is there not another GUM clinic in your area?

I'd get it checked out asap especially since they're spreading.

I'm sure it'll be treated easily with anti biotics but if you leave it they will get alot worse.
