Is it okay to kiss people on the lips if you're in a relationship?

And by "people" I mean members of the opposite sex within your age range. And by kiss I don't mean a full-on snog but more like a "William and Kate on the balcony" type of kiss, minus the balcony and the crowd and the royal wedding. Also, would it be different if the person was a close friend i.e. is it more acceptable to kiss a close friend on the lips?

[Removing my little story because I'm not sure that it's entirely relevant. I'm also paranoid that someone I know might read it and know that iammeyouareyou is me]

if NOT in a relationship I would NOT kiss anyone on the lips.
if in a relationship I would kiss only my lover.

Two of the guys we were with kissed me and two other girls we're friends with on the lips. It was all innocent enough though I couldn't help but think that if I were in a relationship with a man that kissed three other women, right on the chops (even if it wasn't a proper kiss), I wouldn't be very happy about it.

No. Its something you dont do...

Let's put it this way. I would be pretty upset about that, so Im not going to then kiss other people when such a thing would upset me...

Kiss? I won't even let my husband hug a woman, other than his sister, daughter or mother. Kissing is not even a question. That should only be reserved for me lol 🙈
