What do you guys think ? What main factors would make our constitution successful ?

Are you talking about in general, or specifically why the British Constitution is so successful?
If the former, then the consent of the political actors to play by its rules is the key, I would say. No constitution no matter how 'entrenched' is worth the paper it's written on if a major political actor fails to uphold their responsibilities within it.

not too complicated, not too restrictive and not too authoritarian
also, the maximum amount of basic liberties in so far as they do not make parliaments useless

Flexible but not so flexible that subsequent Parliaments can change fundamental principles on a whim.
