Rolls Royce Graduate Development Programme - Assessment Centre

Hi All!
i've been invited to their assessment centre in mid-march and it is for their professional excellence programme in engineering...
though their email is pretty clear as to what rounds are to be conducted, i'd really like to know if anyone has attended their assessment centres...
what was the experience like?
also, they want us to give a 10min (approx.) presentation on ourselves, why should they hire us, what would we bring to RR... that kind of a thing...
should i chronologically explain my education, work ex....? or should i just talk about my skills and strengths?
any help & info would be greatly appreciated...
