audiology/university of leeds!

hey everyone, im new to this forum thing so bare with me as i hardly know how this works! :confused:

anyhoo, anyone applying for audiology to start in september 2007? did anyone have an interview at leeds uni on the 16th of feb 07? if so anyone heard from them?

i had an interview @ leeds on the 16 but havent heard from them, really hope they say yes!! :smile:

i got withdrawn...they said i had an interview but i didnt know about it..so im going to call them...probablyy post men grrr

ahhh no!where else have you applied for audiology, you had any other interviews? i got another interview next month for DMU but not to sure if i want 2 go to that uni :confused:

i applied for dmu but i didnt like the atmosphere there. they treated us, in my opinion, like 7 year olds and that we didnt know any better.

i applied to bristol, swansea, aston and qmu in soctalnd. my firm will be bristol and insurance depends on when swansea choose to reply

well ive applied 2 manchester, bristol, dmu, aston and leeds. i gt rejected from manchester bristol and aston :frown:

was well depressing
but had my interview at leeds and its a reallllly nice uni! i got another interview for DMU but its in nottingham as you study audiology in nottingham collage or something like that :s-smilie:

how many offers have you got?

rejection from dmu...but thats becuase i didnt send in a crb...but i felt quite weird being taught in a foundation colldge...and the people there treated us like kids. buit then again still waiting for swansea. so offers are aston, bristol, queens in scotland. :p:

I applied got rejected from leeds....but now i have places @ St georges and bradford for pharmacy but i really want to do Audiology, i am even willing to reject every one else if leeds offer me a place...do you reckon they will turn up Extra or Clearing?

hmm, do you know why you got rejected from leeds? they might turn up in clearing and extra, contact the uni and see if they do turn up in extra, or go visit your connexions advisor, i found they really help as they are familar with these situations.
where else did you apply for audiology?

hey there! they went through clearing but that was when they had extra uni's doing it, places like stafodshire and louborough (spelling=bad). you may aswell gie them a call, as they might do...extra i guess is worth looking at as they probably have spaces as it isnt that popular. mind you dmu got more applications than bristol this year :|
