I want to be size zero

How do I get to size zero? i am size 6/8 atm but would like to be size 4 for summer. I do alot of sport and eat quite healthily atm but I am unsure how to go about it. how do I approach it so far as my parents? what supplements would i need to take?

is it worth the hassle?

Is it possible without becoming anorexic as im not up for that at all!

Firstly, what are your reasons for wanting to be a size zero?

For Christ sake, don't be bloody stupid. Size zero is unattainable for most people as they just don't have the bone structure to physically shrink to that size. And why would you want to? Most size zeros look absolutely awful. It's the rocky road to an eating disorder. Do yourself a favour and be happy with your already petite frame. Nobody on here is going to advise you on how to do something so irresponsible.

Size zero !!, is there such a thing ? If your size 8, you certainley don't need to loose any weight or go down a dress size. I'm size 10.
Why do u want to loose weight ? Sounds as though you are very self conscious about your weight.(which lots of people are)

With the size you are now it is possible without getting an ED I should think. Be aware that it's hard to find clothes that fit being a size 0 though.

I suppose ive always been quite thin but i put on weight over summer and nobody will shut up about it!

I was happier with myself when i was thin as well

But you are thin.

They don't call it perfect 10 for nothing; zero is self-harm.

I find it hard to believe that people are calling you fat at size 8. And if they are, you need some new friends fast.
They should be complimenting you - it's probably given you a few womanly curves.

I'll bet this gets locked as people start to give hints on how to hide EDs and things.

To the OP, why you'd want to look like a stick is beyond me - there's a reason why Size 0 is in the news, and thats because even the professionals think it is too skinny, even for slim girls.

If you can be a size 8 and eat what you want, then please, for godssakes be one of those annoying skinny bitches who sits and eats an enormous burger/cake/etc in front of some poor overweight girl who's on a celery stick a day. THAT sounds like fun :p: - starving yourself doesn't.

size 0 women look absolutely awful in my opinion, i've never actually seen one who looks attractive. its beyond me why anyone would want to look that way.

I thought you only got size 0 in American sizes... :s-smilie:
Size 8 is tiny already, don't be bloody stupid.

My sister has an eating problem (not saying you do). It started out her wanting to get down to a size 6. When she achieved that, it spiralled out of control & she ended up in The Priory.

So just please be careful

Its not just been my frinends who have commented on the fact ive put on weight, its been my my grandparents, auntys, uncles and parents

I have one word for you OP: why? :s-smilie:

Presumably you want to provoke a reaction by playing on a concept that the likes of the Daily Mail adore, and no dress size can ever undo that. Unless you just happen to be three feet tall, I think it's fair to say that no one here is going to help you.

people always talk. Just cause they're saying you've gain weight doesn't mean you looked better being thinner, maybe you look better at the size your at now which is quite common. Look at yourself and ask yourself the question, do you honestly want to be that thin. Eat healthy and that will give you a figure thats just right for your body (more proportion) and help your metabolism etc

I'm sure they meant it in a jokey way! Like they were glad you've put on weight or something.
