Bruised thumb nail!

hey all
i just bruised my thumb nail about 10mins ago and it hurrrts and its going more purple at the top every min. any quick advice on what to do??

p.s sorry for any spelling mistakes, typing with one hand

lol sorry, i wacked it on the floor chasing my cat :p:

now its gone bluey purple at the top

Oh yeah, I had something like this 'cept on my left largest toe nail (someone jumped on my foot at netball :s-smilie:

). It goes away! :smile:

Don't worry about it so much, but do increase vitamin C intake, circulation around the thumb area (massage it frequently) and wear a protective nail polish under usual polish :wink:
