Not sure where to apply for anymore (Biological/Biomedical Sciences)

Ok, so I bombed my AS and ended up with BBCD. The two B grades were both just a few UMS off As and with one retake for Chemistry (C grade) I could easily get AAB. My GCSEs were straight A*s, though I don't know if it'll make a difference, really.

I had to take a gap year due to severe illness during Year 12, so retaking isn't an option. I honestly was just going to apply for UCL, Imperial and King's, but I think that's out of the question now. Do you think it's worth if I apply to ABB/AAB unis?

I find that a lot of the Biomedical Sciences courses have a lot of the same content, so theres that. So basically... Realistically, are there any good unis that would take me?
Have a look at subject areas Medical Sciences or Biomedical Science. They lead to many different career areas and in particular to active medical research.

Here are the courses at Bristol : http://www.bristol.ac.uk/cellmolmed/study/undergraduate/
and at Oxford Brookes : https://www.brookes.ac.uk/studying-at-brookes/courses/undergraduate/2016/biomedical-science/
