Room wanted for summer

Hi you!

I need a flat or room as close of Kings Meadows Road in Reading as possible starting 23rd June and finishing 27th August.

It needs to be:

A double bed-room (as my boyfriend will often visit)
As cheap as possible :p:
Non-smoking
Bills included (taking into account that use of central heating will be restricted to heating water, since it will be summer) :rolleyes:

Optionally:

Internet connection available
No TV.:biggrin:

I have an excellent record for taking good care of my shared-house, being pleasant to live with and being stable (and honest).
If references needed, I can provide references from my present landlord and my flatmates.

So please please if you do have an offer or do know someone that would be interested send me an e-mail!! Remember that if you are a student, you may not need your room over the holidays, so this would allow you to lighten your purse of a few unecessary month-rent.:rolleyes:
