No but you can fill out the Supplementary form - just go on their website and there's a link.

What type? A comprehensive school with 'grammar school' in its name, does it charge fees? Does it have entry exams?

Grammar schools don't charge fees but you have to take the 11+ exam to get in :smile:

Hey I applied to Manchester med school this year how good a chance do you reckon I have of getting an interview.
5A*3A1B1C at gcse AAAB at as and 715 avg band 1.

Very strong application. Your UKCAT is very high even though they don't take situational judgment into account. Your GCSE's are fine for Manchester (as long as you meet the minimum requirements a guy who has 12 A*'s won't have any advantage over a guy with 1 A*). Good luck.
