is this normal???

ive just come off antibiotics and got over meningitus,

my period was delayed becuase my body was under so much stress,
so when i did come on it was a much darker colour then normal and there were a few lumps that came out, could that just be the stress that my body has caused??? also i had really bad cramps and 500mg paracetamol didn't even help!!! its never been that bad

i can't cope with being ill again i start a new job next week lol so this has been a great build up to it lol
