I was wondering if any expirenced university students know how doing a minor affects your major, in terms of the degree's validity. Does doing a minor take away from the major so you learn less?
    Thanks for the advice!

Let's assume you're studying Economics (major) with French (minor) and that you have to do 8 modules a year.

Straight economics students would do all 8 modules on economics. With a French minor you might do 6 economics modules and 2 French modules. So a minor means you do less of your major if that makes sense.
