dont go to sleep today.
Then sleep early on Sunday eveining which will be very easy. And wake up at normal school time

Get in bed. Close your eyes. Be done with it.
Seriously now, just do your best to relax before trying to sleep, calming music maybe? Or try and do some exercising. See if it tires you out.
