I have 4A*'s, 5A's and 1B at GCSE with mitigating circumstances, and AABBC at AS in (Biology, Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Further Maths)

My A2 predictions are A*AA (Biology, Chemistry, Maths)

I know oxbridge is out the question, but could I go Durham, Warwick etc too study a science related course?

You can apply anywhere you want. You will likely get an offer for anything below Oxbridge. The best university excluding Oxbridge depends on the specific course but likely Imperial, Warwick, Durham. You might need better A2 grades than predicted to get in though.
