Could someone please help with these momentum questions - G484 watch

    A 0.30 g fly moving at 1.5 m s−1 is trapped by a spider’s web. The fly comes to rest in a time of 0.40 s. Calculate the magnitude of:
    a) the change in momentum of the fly
    b) the average force exerted by the web on the fly.

    Calculate its initial momentum and final momentum:

    P = mv

\Delta P = P_2 - P_1 = mv_2 - mv_1

    Force = change in momentum over time:

    F =\dfrac {\Delta P}{t}

    Also, convert the mass into kilograms if you haven't already, I'm guessing they want \Delta P in Ns, not mNs and F in N not mN
