    Hey guys,

I am doing a fast track A level this year and am looking for some ideas for AS level biology coursework. I am teaching myself so have had no guidance other than the exam boards outline of what I should do. Because I plan to take this A level into physiology or physiotherapy, I am keen to relate the coursework to physical activity and the impact, stress or positive/negative changes on the body due to physical activity. I enjoy rock climbing and powerlifting, so if I could base my studies off one of these activities it would be ideal.
I guess my question is how far am I able to take the question and what needs to be included for the question to be accepted. Could I ask something as simple as what are the effects of a powerlifting routine on a person's body? Or do I need to make the question open to critical analysis? (some argue this while others argue this).
    Thanks for any help guys
