I have bad insomnia too )-:
Same thing happened with me day b4 for the first day of school; had no sleep and school started in 30 mins. Ended up not sleeping to fix my pattern and instead finally going to sleep last night at 12 ( so no sleep for 26 hours + )

    Eyes were ****ed.

Stay awake the night, go to work, come home and take a nap all the way till next morning.
Your sleeping pattern will be fixed so damn good you'll wake up before the alarm.

    - this is how i do it personally because i literally can't sleep when my pattern is messed up.
Not the best advice but works for me

Haha I think you have to

Wish there was a drug that made you feel refreshed and awake even without sleep
