    I believe they have a bank of questions and your test randomly selects however many

    No.

    Some banks use SHL as their provider - they tend to be the easiest ones. Some use Kenexa and some use TalentQ, who are without a doubt the most difficult.

    Yeah. What you stated is pretty obvious.

    I was referring to the set of questions individuals are tested on. So if my test pops up with ABC does yours too?

    Some questions are recycled, obviously because there's a limited number of questions to ask. But for the mist part, it's randomised.
