I have recently completed my AS levels and my A2 Maths. I achieved an A* in Maths and very high As in chemistry, biology and Economics (97%+ UMS).

My a2 choice are economics, chemistry and a2 further maths.

I have now decided that I don't want to do a2 further maths and only want to do AS so my year 13 choices are AS Further Maths, Economics, Chemistry and Biology which I am predicted an A and 3 A*s.

Will I be disadvantaged for LSE by not doing A2 further maths but only AS? Ik the offer is based on an A for AS FM and a E for A2 FM.

    Thanks in advance.

Potentially, but not much. You've already achieved the A* in Maths, which is a big plus, but FM adds to an application.
Ideally, you'd do A2 FM, but if not, it's not going to be a straight rejection.
You might have to justify why you didn't do A2 FM in your PS when applying for a fairly mathematical degree, though.

I dont think you'll be disadvantaged, but why aren't you taking a2 fm?
