Okay recently I've gained a few kgs/pounds and I am trying to lose it. I used to workout originally but I stopped for a while after I finished my exams which was three months ago xD
However I don't want to lose the shape of my butt. It is pretty firm so I don't want to lose it.
I'm thinking Monday Wednesday Friday cardio
Tuesday Thursday and Saturday butt workouts.
(breakfast and lunch normal meals and salad dishes for dinner)
Would I still lose weight and gain butt muscles this way?
