Does anyone know about Edinburgh's Waiting list?

Has anyone else been put on the waiting list for the Univeristy for Edinburgh. Do you know the chances of getting in or when they decide if you will get an offer or not?

i got a rejection letter from edinburgh after interview. but it didnt say that I was on the wiating list, it just said that there was a waiting list and could contact them in (May?) for more info. my interview went really bad so i dnt fink i wud be near the top on the list.

I got on the glasgow waitinglist though, and iv only herd of 1 other person on it. anyone know anything about that?

sorry. dunno bout Ed. but i dnt fink the proper waiting lists are very large. if they said you were actually on it, then u may have a shot.

I think that the waiting list is for those who had bad interviews(cause I had one as well). But im not sure about how many places as how many ppl would actually give up a place at Edinburgh (but i might be biased cause i really love it there and its a family tradition to go there).
