I was wondering if there was any kind of intense alevel courses for maths like over the summer holidays, and if the alevel has to be modular, or can u just take one big test in winter or something?

All A-levels are modular, but it is possible to sit all the modules together in one go. I am not sure if all of them are available in January though.
However I very much doubt you would be able to do A-level maths and get a good grade by taking an "intensive course" over the summer even if one does exist.. -

it is possible to take a-level maths in jan
u can take any maths module in jan with the exception of
s3, (prob s6 too) due to coursework
p6,
so u can take p123, then your 3 applied modules in jan
i probably won't recommend, like they said an intense course over summer won't get u a half decent grade in maths, think about it 2 years work in 4 months say, even for further mathmaticians they get a year to take 6 (or 7) modules
if u want a headstart i'll recommend u study p1,m1,s1 over summer and take them in jan, then if u really must finish up your a-level in june, and u can spend your next year studying further maths
