Hi im currently taking physics biology and maths at A level and im just wondering what the job prospects would be like for doing this sort of course? I want to try to go to Leeds university for this and this course seems right as im not too sure on what i want to go in to yet, eg neuroscience, pharmacology, pathology. Would this course be a decent stepping stone to one of these and would it be worth doing?

    Thanks

It is a good place to start if you're unsure of what your interests are because this sort of broad based course (also look at biology and biochem) will help you to explore your interests. You'll gain a load of transferable skills which you can take into pretty much any job.

Don't go into science for the money. Salaries are decent to live off but you'll never be a millionaire. Also, careers are difficult and demanding but very rewarding. You'll have to check entry requirements for biochem.
