    Please can you show me a step by step method!

    If you want people to straight up do your work for you, the least you can do is get the question right.
    The expression is mathematically incorrect.

    Heck, it might be factorising in terms of R^2 and T^2; we can't know until we have the right question.

    R23T2-2R2-3T2+13 is as simple as it gets lmao

    That's the problem with a lot of people who struggle with maths. They struggle with something so they have to ask questions (which is fine), but since they struggle so much, they can't even ask the question right...
