hey guys,
my mocks are coming up very soon and i seem to be very confused about the case study.. has anyone prepared and question and answers or has your teacher given you something for revision then can u please share it with me and the rest?

i'll have a conference in my class on march 13th. any result from that day i'll probably post here. sorry for not really helping for right now. for HR i just get one question, "suggest possible ways for recruitment", that's it. *sigh* good luck for the mock test :biggrin:

just had my mocks on Gladrags

I wont give u actuall questions incase u get the same test. Not sure if the teacher actually created this oine herself, but whatever.
Revise:
recruitment question, how to? method, advantages, disadvantages
Evaimpact on the image of gladrags if they move pproduction
Possible conflicts, how to resolve etc
Future possibilities of Gladrags. Evaluate each option given
COrporate culture, changed, why?
Ratios. What is the state of liquidity of Gladrags or something.

Remember, these were my teachers personal questions (or at least i think so) so i guess yrs may be different.

My teacher for Business & Management HL gave us the Gladrags case study and wants us to develop possible questions and answers using business tools and theories. We should have four questions for each of the four modules. Does anyone have any ideas for some questions/answers?

i have 40 questions covering a whole range of topics, however they are hand written...
if i find the time i'll either scan them or type them up, might take a while though cause i got **** loads of other stuff to do

Get your teacher in trouble and make him/her get it as soon as possible. I believe there's another thread on this site with a link to the case study. Just search it. Or ask around.

different types of market survey n research
prepare SWOT analysis
evaluate whether gladrags should bcome a public ltd company
analyse 2 advantages n disadvantages of gladrags focusing on niche marketing
describe main stages n featurs of product life cycle

these r the few questions which my teacher gave

i dont have any notes as such but these were the questions given by the teacher.

but if u have the peter stimpson book for business i feel it is very gud for notes n i guess it will help you

Hey evry1 i was working on the gladrags case study and now i cant find it anywhere my teacher is being a real jerk and he wont give me another copy instead and i realy nead to revise for my mock cud sum1 plz send me a link or a pdf or sumtin 2 help me get the case study i hav my mocks in 5 days!
