    After the a level changes, is it still fine to do 3 a levels and one as level?

    My old 6th form always told us that its better to start with 4, just in case you end up doing really badly in one of them, or really really hate one of them later on. At least then you will have the other 3 to carry on with to A2.

    Yes i and would recommend it, as Emma says, by picking 4 subjects you can drop you one later. The worst thing would be to pick 3, dislike it, and then end up being essentially forced to do it at A-level.
