    What are your three favourite bands? I enjoy listening to Muse, the Strokes, Queens of the Stone Age etc, but find that im getting bored listening to the albums ive got. Which other bands would you recommend me listen to?

    i was a huge oasis fan about 8 years ago, but their more recent stuff has been shiesse!
    i like the beastie boys new tune - what sort of music would you classify this as?

    Beastie Boys have done such different stuff, hard to classify it

    and the new oasis album is really good, very under rated

    Standing on the Shoulder of Giants wasn't great though...

    i bought their (ataris) new album after the recommendation by a few mates, however i found it fairly dull tbh. Which tracks are you favourites (on so long astoria)

    radiohead, interpol, hope of the states, joy division, the cure, the coral, rage against the machine, at the drive-in, the mars volta, afi, incubus (s.c.i.e.n.c.e), funeral for a friend, million dead, pavement, the walkmen are all bands i'm enjoying at the moment.

    if you want to try something different, go for something like howards alias, adequate 7, five knuckle, no comply, the weakerthans, ye wiles, capdown, lightyear, farse and antimaniax.

    lightyear were the band that illegaly played right by our campsite at Reading :cool:

    No comply are awesome, female vocals :cool:

    i've seen Farse play, they are quality

    No why? The more depressing the better in my book . Although I still quite like the Bee Gee's I prefer to keep it quite now, wearing a t-shirt of Barry Gibb is uncool, wearing a t-shirt of Ian Curtis is sub cool.
