Hi, I'm still confused on what is the difference between torque and moments..
For this question, I chose B, as I thought the torque on Q would be th tension forces on the upper paper part of the string , multiply by the diameter of the pulley Q, but instead, it should be the radius, why? Which point should moments be taken at? The correct answer is B. Please help, thanks

If you multiply by the radius you don't get B, You get B if you multiply by the diameter and even in that case it's wrong cause u get 0.45 instead of 4.5
