Last month I booked a room with Prodigy Living in London but ended up having to cancel within a couple of days.
Their written policy and their subsequent emails have both promised to return my deposit in full so I supplied my bank details, however it's now day 25 of their stated 28 day window and they have neither refunded the sum nor returned any of my emails for over a week.
Is there anything that I can do about this if they fail to refund my deposit?

Ring them and ask? I wouldn't just leave it and hope for the best. If they are being awkward about it you might need to push them..
