    If you get predicted high predicted grades do universities lower their offers?

    your predicted grades will be a large factor in whether or not you are made an offer (I.e. if you are predicted BBB you will not get an offer for an AAB course) but you generally people receive a standard offer for a course, it doesn't vary depending on your grades and certainly not on grades you haven't actually got

    Absolutely no. As the other poster said, getting predicted high grades will increase your chances of actually getting an offer in the first place - but the conditional offer will be the same for pretty much everyone, and your predictions will have zero impact upon this.
