    I have no gcse but have complete my diploma level 3 health and social care with functional English and mathematics level 2 . I currently work with complex care clients for over 8 years is this enough for me to do the course or do I need to do an access course??

    I think you will have to do the access course but so you know for sure I think you should ring your local universities and tell them what qualifications you have and see if they still need you to have your GCSE's.

    Check the websites of the universities you are interested in.

    Check the Uni websites first of all because they are really helpful and attended an open day, during the open day you'll have a chance to talk to the admissions team and they should be able to give you some really helpful advice on the entry requirements. Most of the admission grades I have seen have asked for 5 GCSE A*-C and then some type of higher education course or A-level grades! Good luck!

    You definitely need to do an access course as it is a degree course i know when it was a diploma you could just get in with 5 gcse's. Also you will need to contact specific university as most places want 5 GCSE A-C.
