    Graduate - someone who has graduated
    Undergraduate - someone who is studying for a BA/Bsc etc
    Postgraduate - someone who is studying an MA or PhD or doctorate etc

    An undergraduate degree is any first degree, e.g. BA, BSc, MBBS, MEng or MSci. A graduate degree requires a previous degree but provides titles of those which would normally come under the undergraduate degree category, for example MBBS, BDS or BN. Postgrad is a degree which requires a previous degree for entry (or significant work experience) and is not a graduate degree, so MA, MSc, PhD or MD
