Finding your own social work placement
I have been waiting an entire year for my University toI no me a final year social work placement.
They haven't even sent my application to a single placement provider and when I try and put the pressure on they say they haven't found anywhere free as the placements are all taken.
This is nonesense. Is there any way I can find my own of at least try? I know someone who went though the same as me and eventually found their own but I can't find their contact details to ask how.
Anyone know how I would go about it?
I have a good application form with good work experience and I'm not fussy about where I want to go. It's goto bbq adult services though.
