Contraceptive pill making me constantly hungry?! watch

Around 3 weeks ago I started on the contraceptive pill, and I've noticed that since beginning it I'm almost constantly hungry.
I'm naturally quite slim, but I'm worried that I might gain weight as I end up eating often and usually unhealthy snacks. It doesn't help that I also have a lot of exams coming up, so I'm getting stressed and craving the wrong foods. My one reassurance is that I exercise everyday.
Has anyone else experienced this? Should I go back to the clinic and ask for advice? Or just get used to it and try to eat healthy food?

When I was first on the pill (Yasmin, Celeste) I got SO hungry. (Then again, I'm always hungry anyway!) I'm fairly slim (5ft5, 9st) I did and still do eat A LOT but don't seem to put on too much weight. and I think I did put on a couple pounds but nothing drastic. The crazy hunger did settle down eventually. As your body adjusts, yours should do the same too! x

I had the same experience with every pill I've tried! I've been on my current pill for a year and every now and again still get the urge to eat everything. However it's not as bad, it'll settle down don't worry too much about it
