    I've let my body go over the past 3 years. I don't have a big muscular base, but have a high body fat. (25% I think?). So skinny fat I guess.

    Now I do gym, well try to. But I only get to go twice a week as I'm busy.

    My question is, can I lose my bad fat from controlling my diet? Like if I cut out junk food like fizzy drinks and chocolates which I used to eat a lot of and perhaps drinking more water and maybe some fruits?

    Would this help sort my body out and make it less "fat" and lower my body fat % and therefore belly?


    Yes definitely. Try reduce amount of junk you consume. Cut fizzy drinks they do no good anyway

    Devise a plan when going gym. It'll help
