    Pray tell how squatting huge weights would only develop a gigantic bum but twiddly little chicken legs? How the heck would the legs get walk around with such an ass atop them? Never-mind with a heavy weight atop said ass as well!

    Straight legged deadlifts and deadlifts. Former is an accessory exercise to the standard deadlift though.

    Actually, squats work the quads, hamstrings and glutes. The variation of squats affects what gets worked. I squatted and gained 4" in 4 months but, it also helped me to add 3" to my thighs at the same time.

    Leg press and leg extension works to plus hack squats. Then there's front squats which I think work the quads.

    I started exercising in March with 24" legs which were big anyway but doing squats and the leg press has made my legs 27" although my booty is 42" big.
