UKCAT due to be sat soon. Not that it matters for this thread.
Have all the work experience I need to flourish my personal statement and talk about in the interviews

Ideally I want to apply to one BMAT, and 3 UKCAT medical schools, but I'm struggling to decide which BMAT uni to apply to. Not applying to Oxbridge.
Can't decide between Imperial and UCL.
My 3 UKCAT uni's are kings, sheffield and liverpool.
Looking at my stats which bmat uni should I go for? I understand my GCSE'S aren't too great.

I'm not really an expert on this stuff, so hopefully other people will have more detailed advice, but I would recommend the TSR page on "applying to your strengths for medicine" if u haven't already looked at it. I think it's a decent starting point:

Leeds is also a great BMAT uni if you'd like to check them out.
