That's definitely a scam. Don't pay anything to anyone, don't click on any links they're giving you, don't download anything, scan your computer for viruses, etc etc etc
There's obviously dodgy **** on these sites, what would you expect?

Hello,
I'm quite experienced with malware and viruses and know how to identify scams of these sorts.
What you are describing is definitely a scam and should not be paid under any circumstances.
Could you please attach some screenshots from your phone of the message? (Please post attachments inline as I am on mobile)
Also could you please tell me the make and model of your phone?
Look forward to your response.

Thankyou!!! Yes give me a moment, it's the iPhone 4s

iPhones don't get affected by viruses to my knowledge due to their extremely closed operating system. You don't have much to worry about, it's probably just some obnoxious pop-up intended to fool people.
Still, I'm yet to check with screenshots to make sure.

iPhone 4S sounds good. You haven't jailbroken or installed any apps from external non-App store sources I presume?

Generally, phone malware does not target the standard end user. Due to the difficulty of infecting mobile devices, especially those running iOS, "hackers" wouldn't infect a phone just for £100. Phone malware is generally more about corporate stuff and surveillance.
Bare in mind that it would be extremely difficult, nigh on impossible to get past Apple's 8 OSes of security!
That said, it can happen, which is why I am waiting on OP's screenshots.

This is a simple one to get rid of on iPhone. Simply switch your phone off and back on again. Then you can delete the window the scam came up on. Don't worry, an easy fix

Yeh this happened to me once. I couldnt press back or anything so I just had to stop the internet browser apps and restart my phone. Now i only use mobile friendly porn sites as it prevents the pop ups. I knew it was just a scam though xD

Sounds like a scam. It's happened to some of my friends as well. It's been cropping up in the news a lot, I think you're fine as long since you were actually looking at normal (not illegal) porn.
