What stats test should I do for my coursework???

I'm doing my A2 coursework (Edexcel) on the relationship between light and fern growth. I have 3 different main measurements of light: Light intensity( in lux), light coverage( % of the plant exposed directly to light) and the positioning of the plant in accordance with how high it is up a hill (the higher you are, the more light you get generally). I'm totally stupified at the moment; I have the rest of my coursework written up, but I don't know which Statistical tests to do for my data!!!
